Grace Says:

Great Skiers Make Great Racers...

To achieve this we use a progressive learning structure as endorsed by the USSA that emphasizes the learning of basic skiing skills before the athelete is put into a competative situation.

Head Coach

Grace Reisdorf

Grace was asked to be the head coach at the beginning of the 2005/6 season after 9 years of coaching the JVs and JIVs. She started her coaching career at McIntyre where she also continues to serve as the assistant ski school director. After a year at the Mac, it was time to move her youngest son to a bigger mountain so they followed their friends to Ragged. She took one year off from Ragged while traveling the country for the New Hampshire School Boards’ Association, which she served as president, but has been at Ragged ever since. Grace and husband Chris raised their 3 boys on the slopes, the one activity that kept them all together during the winter months. The boys have since grown up, but still join mom and dad for skiing whenever they can. Grace has derived a great deal of enjoyment sharing her love for skiing with thousands of children in the last 30 years, and looks forward to continuing for many more years.

Grace has worked in the ski industry since 1975 and is a USSA Level 200 coach, FIS Level 1 Referee, and PSIA Level 1 instructor. She has a degree in advertising and communications, which has been a great asset for her campaign work and other projects.
